We first started working with the Louis Tomlinson team to deliver a series of lyric videos to support the roll out of his 2nd solo studio album ‘Faith in the Future’ (BMG), including the official lyric video for 'Out of My System' and ‘Silver Tongues’ along with a set up of album visualisers for Seven 7 Management/BMG.
These cohesive visuals incorporate a choppy, punky and raw look with an energetic feel which can be found across the campaign assets for the album. Tobias’ lyric video for ‘Silver Tongues’ became the the #1 trending music video on YouTube worldwide on release date.
This led to working under Tanck (production / lighting design company), to design the motion visuals / video screen content for Louis’ 'Faith In The Future' tour, which saw Louis and his band play in over 80 venues around the world.
In sync with the visual language of ‘Faith In The Future’, our designs introduced graphic square elements, angular shapes, and timeless circular patterns. With a limited monochrome and red palette, the lo-fi, rugged, textural, gritty aesthetic unfolded seamlessly, occasionally punctuated by glitchy moments. Read more in TPI Magazine.
Following that, we’ve continued to work with Louis’ team on a variety of projects such as social assets for his ‘Away From Home Festival’ and other edits for social content.
